This year, all of the homes on the Tour will have at least two electric appliances. The main ones are:

In addition, some homes will have solar, battery back-up, an electric fireplace, an electric pool pump, an EV charger, electronic controllers for timing power usage, and/or other electric appliances.

Other green features may include drought-tolerant landscaping and electric gardening tools.

Check out the Tour page for details about each home.
